B&L Plumbing Service, Inc. is a family-owned plumbing company serving homeowners and businesses throughout the Kansas City metro. The company has operated since 1998 and maintains a plumbing team, office staff and an in-house excavation crew.
Our Story
B&L began serving the Kansas City area in 1998. The company grew its service capabilities over the years to handle both everyday plumbing repairs and major sewer- and water-line projects.
Today, Billy Welker owns B&L and serves as the company’s master plumber and license holder. His son, Josh Welker, is a certified plumber and is working toward his master-plumber credential. They work alongside B&L’s other plumbers, excavation crew, dispatchers and office staff.
